2. Services Provided
Vehicle Removal Now provides cash offers for unwanted, junk, salvage, damaged, and non-running vehicles including cars, trucks, SUVs, RVs, semi trucks, box trucks, vans, and commercial vehicles. We arrange free towing and handle payment at the time of vehicle pickup.
3. Quote Requests
Submitting a quote request through our website does not constitute a binding agreement. All cash offers are subject to physical inspection of the vehicle. Final offer amounts may vary from initial estimates based on actual vehicle condition, missing parts, or discrepancies in the information provided.
4. Vehicle Ownership
By submitting a vehicle for sale, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are the legal owner of the vehicle or have legal authority to sell it; (b) the vehicle is free of liens or you have disclosed any existing liens; (c) all information provided about the vehicle is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
5. Title and Documentation
While we work with no-title and lost-title vehicles in many cases, you are responsible for providing any available documentation of ownership. We reserve the right to decline purchase of any vehicle where ownership cannot be reasonably established.
6. Payment
Payment is made at the time of vehicle pickup. We pay in cash or by check as agreed upon at the time of sale. Payment is contingent on the vehicle matching the description provided at the time of the quote.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel a scheduled pickup at any time prior to the arrival of our tow truck. Please provide as much advance notice as possible. We reserve the right to cancel or modify offers at any time prior to vehicle pickup.
8. Limitation of Liability
Vehicle Removal Now shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the vehicle in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
